Behind every Luxon development is a tight-knit team of family members and long-standing colleagues who know both the industry and the local area inside out. You’ll find us on site as often as in the office – talking to trades, checking details and making sure the homes we build match the standards we set for ourselves. We’re approachable, straight-talking and proud to put our own names to the work we do. We’re happy to meet you at any stage of the process from viewing to post completion to help and to let you know we’re really who we say we are.

Chris is the heart of Luxon. With a lifetime spent building homes and a genuine passion for the family business, he remains closely involved day to day. Known for his warmth and personal touch, many of the families who've bought a Luxon home have become lifelong friends.

Jon-Claude brings fresh energy and sharp business instincts to Luxon. Hands-on and forward-thinking, he combines a passion for building exceptional homes with a keen eye on sustainability, eco-conscious construction, and the future of housing. Always one step ahead and committed to doing right by the local community and the people who call a Luxon house their home.
Tim’s company, Lantallic Construction, have worked with us for 13+ years. Tim is a driving force behind Luxon (& AJL) projects and his thorough understanding of the Luxon way is imperative to keeping our standards high. Tim thrives on long-standing relationships and ongoing projects, and takes real pride in seeing each development come to life from the ground up.
Matt has been instrumental in championing R-Wall across our builds; understanding its efficiency, getting the best out of it, and raising its profile through the quality of the results he helps deliver. Matt takes satisfaction in seeing a system he believes in being used to its full potential, and that enthusiasm is infectious across the whole team. Matt is a trusted pair of hands and has a great eye for the build.
Lucy's background is rooted in creative brand development and strategic positioning. Her experience also spans construction, aggregates, groundworks and related sectors.
