We have been building houses for over 115 years

Our history as builders stretches back to 1910, when the first Luxon builders started work in Cornwall. Over the decades, that small operation grew into A. Luxon & Son and later Luxon, taking on everything from individual homes to larger, multi-phase developments. What connects those early projects to our current sites at places like Trevemper is a consistent thread: craftsmanship, reliability and a belief that if you do a job properly, people will come back to you – and they have, for generations, we’ve had buyers return to us after 30 or 40 years, having purchased their first home from Luxon and now choosing another from us!
